Star Trek Picard Season 2: Los Angeles 2024 Environment Concept Study

I'm new to doing Environments, this is just a study. After reading the script, I was inspired. I attempted to imagine in my mind's eye what it could look like to have Picard traversing throughout the underbelly of Los Angeles in 2024 searching for an important ally. I felt the need to make it ominous and dark. There was a necessary factor to incorporate a feeling of "always looking over your shoulder at every turn."
The challenge was to imagine what it could look like when 2024 rolled around, full of hope that it would finally be a little cleaner around here.
Needless to say I did Los Angeles a HUGE favor in this concept art in making it look better and cleaner than it actually is.
