Nutcracker and the Four Realms: Mother Ginger Concepts

Getting started on Mother Ginger I knew she was to be a practical circus tent set & a character too. Wanted to invoke scale with Clara at her feet. Worked on her with guidance from Production Designer Guy Dyas.

I was interested in the creep factor of an oversized doll looking down at you. Having an air of opulence and more intimidating in its proportions.
