Star Trek Picard S2: StarCorp General Eradication Ceremony

Evil Empire Eradication Day Ceremony. Creepy seeing Picard as a totalitarian. Costume Designer Christine Bieselin Clark gave me some room to explore with the design with her ideas and wish list points in mind for the overall look. I then played with some corresponding shapes and lines to present some concepts/ideas for his undershirt and back view of the jacket too.
Art Dept designed the really cool StarCorp logo and banner. I created a cool "oppressive-looking" belt buckle based on historical references, used Art Depts rad logo. Everything in this scene was sculpted out in 3D. I painted in a holographic microphone for the Eradication Speech Address.
